Copyright in respect of resources and content available on this Website is also owned by Olive Law, unless otherwise expressly stated. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of, or in connection, including relating to the validity of the whole or part of, the present Agreement, shall be referred to Arbitration seated in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the governing law of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in New Delhi.
