Sushma is a proficient commercial litigator, with over 13 years’ experience in dispute resolution. She acquired considerable advocacy skills in the Chambers of the Former Additional Solicitor General of India, where she trained as Counsel with Mr. Kevic Setalvad, Senior Advocate.
Sushma has a highly client-centric, result-oriented approach. She loves analysing and interpreting complex contracts, cross-examining witnesses and exploring innovative strategies to litigation and remedies for her clients.
Sushma has extensive experience in disputes related to public law and constitutional law and represents corporate giants as well as leading construction and infrastructure companies. She appears and argues regularly in high value arbitrations and arbitration related court litigation, including projects for construction of dams, bridges, canals, roads, smart city projects and oil and gas processing facilities.
