Mandakini has dealt extensively with disputes relating to generation, transmission, distribution, trading and renewable energy in her 12 years of experience in the power sector. Mandakini regularly represents energy conglomerates before the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity and Electricity Regulatory Commissions across the country in matters that have shaped the law in the energy sector.
Mandakini’s interest in the energy sector started early while working in Trilegal Delhi’s litigation team. She left Trilegal to start her boutique law firm in 2015, which focussed on the energy practice.
She is also associated with the Chambers of Mr. Sanjay Sen, Senior Advocate, a renowned expert in electricity laws.
Apart from litigation, she assists Regulatory Commissions to draft regulations and tariff orders.
