Anusha is a skilled commercial litigator, with a wide range of experience in regulatory, commercial and constitutional matters. She has significant experience in power and energy sectors and regularly appears in specialized forums like APTEL, NCLT and NCLAT.
Anusha thoroughly enjoys a good day in court. She loves grappling with nuances of commercial and constitutional law and crafting relief-oriented arguments and also believes that a smart pre-court room strategy is half the battle won.
Anusha gained significant experience in electricity regulatory litigation as part of the disputes practice at Trilegal, Delhi. At the Chambers of Mr. Kapil Sibal, Senior Advocate, she appeared as junior counsel in several commercial and constitutional matters.
She was Deputy Advocate General of State of Punjab for around four years and represented the State in several constitutional, commercial and environmental matters.
She is currently the Standing Counsel for the Tamil Nadu discom before courts and tribunals in Delhi.
